Anyone interested in finding out about Yoga can come to this class. Students will learn how to gently go into the poses (asanas), work with the body with compassion, precision and alignment, and reach toward a balance between body, mind and spirit. Anyone can do yoga, you don't need to be flexible to start yoga. Give yourself the gift of creating a healthier lifestyle.Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
This class is designed for students who feel ready for more of a challenge. When you have come to the beginning/ Continuing classes for at least 6-12 months you can try a deeper class. You need to know how to support yourself in the basic poses. When you are not sure if the deeper class would serve you, please talk to your teacher.The poses are held a little longer and we use deeper variations. Through practice we learn to surrender into the pose to the point where they become steady and comfortable.
When you join the deeper class it is adviced to also come to the Coninuing class.
Time: 1 hour and 45 minutes
A four-week series specially designed for "problems" with the back. This series contains easy poses that help you to get more use from your body and ease your level of pain. Although each class we teach is always for opening the spine from the tailbone up. This is a special series that is offered a few times a year in each of the studios. Anyone can join this series. When it is not offered at the moment you want to start yoga we invite you to come to the brginning/ continuing sessions.
Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Bliss Class.
Bliss class is for all who are coming to class for about 12 months and do have a home practice. The poses are health longer and different variations are used to unravel the tight knots in the muscles and create more core openings to live fully in the body. It is very good to have a home practice and know what you can do if you experience relapse the next day.
Usually Bliss class is offered the 2nd Sunday of the month. Check out the Calendar for the next date

Yoga therapy is a private session designed for your personal needs. Through poses, alignments and easy adjustments you are able to achieve a deeper state of awareness and relaxation. This allows the body to tap into its own healing power. Yoga therapy is helpful for "any body". It works very well on its own or in combination with your yoga class. When you are hurting or have some physical challenges, try to make an appointment for yourself and see how amazing a treatment can change the way you feel. Life is to short to live in abody that does not feel comfortable.
