Beginning/Continuing Yoga

Anyone interested in finding out about Yoga can come to this class. Students will learn how to gently go into the poses (asanas), work with the body with compassion, precision and alignment, and reach toward a balance between body, mind and spirit.

Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Deeper Yoga

This class is designed for students who feel ready for more of a challenge. The poses are held a little longer and with some variations. Through practice we learn to surrender into the pose to the point where they become steady and comfortable.

Time: 1 hour and 45 minutes

Special class: Yoga for your back

A four-week series specially designed for "problems" with the back. This series contains easy poses that help you to get more use from your body and ease your level of pain.

Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a private session designed for your personal needs. Through poses, alignments and easy adjustments you are able to achieve a deeper state of awareness and relaxation. This allows the body to tap into its own healing power. Yoga therapy is helpful for "any body". It works very well on its own or in combination with your yoga class.
