Yoga is for everybody. Yoga is a gentle way to heighten your awareness. Through the breath and through the poses (asanas) you gain inner strength, more flexibility and a greater sense of well being.
The spine is the core of the body and the first area that tightens when we are stressed. Each Yoga class is designed to learn how to soften the muscles connected to the spine. Our natural desire is to find our true self and our purpose in life. Yoga is a great way to come closer to that goal.
Personally, I believe that getting older is getting better. You are invited to come to any of the classes and see for yourself what Yoga can do for you.
I recommend wearing comfortable clothes and not eating a full meal before class.

Afterwards we share some food and and refreshments. Anyone is welcome to join after 2.30 If you like you can bring a vegetarian dish to share.
